AHA BLS Provider Course (Classroom Course - Initial/Renewal) New AHA Guidelines

The American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider course trains participants to promptly recognize several life-threatening emergencies, give high-quality CPR, deliver appropriate ventilations and provide early use of an AED. ​There are no pre-requisites for this course.

This is an AHA instructor-led BLS Provider (CPR & AED) course (initial/renewal). This course is an in-person, instructor-led format with skills verification and a written test (you do not need to purchase a skills session, it is included in this course). This course covers CPR and use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) for adults, children, and infants.

​Upon successful course completion, students will be issued an official AHA BLS Provider eCard. eCards are issued within 24 hours of course completion (Monday - Friday). eCards are valid for two years.

AHA BLS Provider Blended Learning Course (Renewal Only) New AHA Guidelines

Students must provide successful completion of the HeartCode BLS online course (purchased separately) prior to attending the hands-on skills session. 

The American Heart Association (AHA) Blended Learning is a two-part course. Students will first complete the AHA Heartcode BLS online course (purchased separately). After completing the HeartCode BLS online course, students will come in for a hands-on skills check (registration below). The blended learning course is designed for students who are experienced in the skills of Basic Life Support (BLS), and have a taken an in-person BLS course in the past.

​Upon successful course completion, students will be issued an official AHA BLS Provider eCard. eCards are issued within 24 hours of course completion (Monday - Friday). eCards are valid for two years.
