REFUNDS & TRANSFERS
Summit CPR Training does not offer refunds once the registration process is complete. Students who do not complete the online course prior to the Skills Session (hands-on) are not eligible for a transfer or a refund. The table below outlines our transfer policy. If you qualify for a transfer, we will transfer you to the class of your choice or issue a course credit. Course credits apply only to the same type of course, cannot be transferred to another person, and must be used within 90 days of the missed course.
Refunds issued will incur a 15% fee of the total cost.
